RGMIIのEtherPHYでのSiTCP実装

Xilinx社のArtix-7評価ボードAC701へSiTCP実装を試みているのですが，EtherPHYのインターフェイスがRGMIIとなっている為，困っています．
RGMIIのEtherPHYでSiTCPを使用することは出来ないのでしょうか?

SGMIIの場合は、Xilinx CORE GeneratorのEthernet 1000BASE-x/PAM or SGMIIのコアをご使用ください
RGMIIは、GMIIをDDRにしただけなので、ODDR,IDDRをご使用ください。
