In the download, there are SiTCP Netlist for Kintex_UltraScale and Virtex_UltraScalePlus, but lack of for Kintex_UltraScalePlus and Virtex_UltraScale.

As you mentioned, there are no netlist for Kintex_UltraScalePlus and Virtex_UltraScale. They will be supported in the future.
